The Eastern District Police Department for Ann Arundel County, MD.  
MH Consulting project managers provided expertise in obtaining building permits, scheduling subcontractors for clearing and developing the contruction site,  and supervising building a tower for public safety communications.

Trans Alaska Crude Oil Pipeline Leak Detection System Replacement/Upgrade.  Provide a full range of project capabilities which include assist in developing the technical specifications, development of request for proposal, proposal reviews and project management.  MH Consulting, Inc has full financial, scope and schedule responsibility to deliver this multi-million dollar project on time and on budget.

Trans-Alaska Telecommunication System Upgrade.  MH Consulting, Inc. provided the principal contract negotiations team technical representative as well as transition project management.  As the negotiation team technical representative MH Consulting, Inc. assisted the client negotiation team arrive at a mutually agreeable multiyear contract which met all their technical needs.  Once the contract was in place MH Consulting, Inc. provided the transition team project management which successfully moved all process control critical communication circuits, voice communication circuits, and information technology circuits from one carrier’s system to another.  This transition occurred with all system fully operational with no down time or outages.

Portsmouth, VA 911 Call Center.  MH Consulting Inc provided the implementation project manager for the complete build out, test and certification of a new 911 call center.  In this capacity  MH Consulting, Inc. had full project life cycle responsibility to deliver a super critical site, that was fully functional, on day one, hour one, minute one of use.  No failures or outages were allowed.

Trans- Alaska Fiber Optic Project. MH Consulting provide project management for the design, engineering, and implementation of an 800+ mile fiber optic system which spanned from Alaska’s North Slope to the Southern Alaska shores.  This system provide life safety critical communications, regular voice and data communications across a vast array of geological, physical and environmental regions.  The fiber system crosses three mountain ranges and over 800 streams and rivers. 

New Jersey to New York, NY fiber optic ring project.  MH Consulting, Inc. provided technical and project management for a fully redundant OC-48 fiber optic ring which connected a sub-sea telecommunication New Jersey beach landing to down town New York, NY.

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System Upgrade.  MH Consulting provided technical and project management support to upgrade a major Alaska crude oil pipeline company’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system from a 1970s dumb remote terminal unit to a 1990s programmable logic controller.  This transition occurred while the pipeline was in operation with no outages or failures.

Leak Detection Best Available Technology Assessment.  MH Consulting, Inc., in collaboration with a key engineering firm, has conducted several State of Alaska Crude Oil Pipeline Best Available Technology (BAT) leak detection system analysis.  BAT analysis is a State of Alaska  regulatory requirement which is to determine which pipeline leak detection system is the best available technology for the specific pipeline environment, operating, and physical characteristics.

Pipeline System Near Real Time Simulation Training System. 
MH Consulting, Inc. provided the project management and technical guidance for the design, development and implementation of a major Alaska crude oil pipeline near real time simulation training system.  This system allows MH Consulting, Inc. client the ability to fully train their pipeline controllers in an off line environment which virtually simulates real life performance.
